Our society demands a lot from young people entering the workforce. If school districts pay attention only to the outcomes measured by state and federal accountability systems, our youth will not meet societal demands. Scaling Student Success supports local communities to create a "Graduate Profile" that defines the skills, competencies, and mindsets their children will need for future success. Then, we link arms to help school districts breathe life into their Graduate Profile in a way that holds the community stakeholders collectively accountable for assuring that each and every student has equitable opportunities to develop and demonstrate those articulated outcomes.
